KUNZANG DECHEN LINGPA RINPOCHE TO TRAVEL
WEST
Taos, New Mexico
August 10, 2002
The distinguished Tibetan lama Kunsang Dechen Lingpa Rinpoche will be visiting
New Mexico, Arizona, and California in November 2002.
He will be teaching in Taos, New Mexico November 4th to 11th. We hope that he
will also visit Tara Mandala in Colorado from the 12th to the 14th before
heading out to Phoenix, Arizona.
In Taos the teachings will express the bliss of the Primordial Buddhas as
non-celibate householders--their enlightenment in spiritual and sexual union.
In Tibetan the couple is known as Kuntuzangmo (the woman) and Kuntuzangpo (the
man) . In Sanskrit the woman is known as Samantabhadri, and the man as
Samantabhadra.
In July, Kunsang Dechen gave a Chod healing ceremony at the Upaya Center in
Santa Fe. We hope that during his upcoming visit he will give initiation and
teachings of the Chod practice.
